NOISE. All stereos, radios and TV's should be kept to a volume that will not interfere with your neighbour's enjoyment of their homes. This includes the playing of musical instruments, loudspeakers, mechanical noise, singing, shouting or other noise that might cause annoyance to the owners and occupiers of the apartment complex. NO NOISE SHOULD BE AUDIBLE OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT BETWEEN 10.00 PM AND 9.00 AM.

SECURITY: In the interest of security of the building, residents are requested not to allow entry to any body except their own personally invited visitors.

PETS: Residents shall not keep any pet which may cause annoyance to other residents. If your dog fouls the common areas in the complex please clean it up.

APPENDAGES: The erection of extemal wires, television aerials , satellite dishes is not permitted. The decoration or altering the extemal appearance of the apartment complex is not permitted.

WASHING / LAUNDRY: Washing must not be hung out on the balconies, windows or common areas.

PARKING: Cars to be parked only in marked car spaces. Cars should not cause obstruction to other residents' vehicles.

REFUSE: All refuse sacks must be disposed of in the refuse bins and not be left in any part of the common areas.

COMMON AREA: DO NOT LEAVE LARGE ITEMS, FURNITURE, TYRES, ETC IN REFUSE AREAS COMMON AREAS; Residents should make every effort to help keep common areas and grounds clean. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the common areas. Do not leave any items such as bicycles, buggies etc in the common areas .

NB: THESE HOUSE RULE ARE EXPECTED TO BE AMENDED AFTER NEXT COMPANY AGM .
